Monitoring monitor for manufacturing processes to determine the quality of sensor signal waveforms.
maXYmos BL monitors and determines two measurement variables, such as displacement: load and rotation angle: torque, using an X-Y graph. Based on the shape of the measurement waveform, it is possible to quantitatively assess the quality of various manufacturing processes, such as machining and assembly, or the functionality of the product. Being able to determine the quality of parts during the process not only prevents defects from flowing into subsequent processes but also reduces the risk of quality issues in the market for that product, leading to improved production efficiency and cost savings.
